24/7 Emergency Dispatch · Nationwide UK
Fast, fully-equipped breakdown and accident recovery across the UK — typically on scene in under 45 minutes in our urban rapid zones. Planned transport, nationwide.
What we do
From a flat battery on the school run to a multi-vehicle motorway incident, the same trained crews and the same dispatch line handle it all — with the right truck for the job.
How it works
No call queues. No outsourced dispatch. No chancing it. A clear process, every time — designed by people who actually drive recovery trucks.
A real UK-based operator answers, takes your location, vehicle and circumstance — typically in under 60 seconds.
We assign the closest, correctly-equipped truck from our nationwide network. You get an SMS with your driver's name, photo, and live ETA.
Most breakdowns are fixed at the kerb. If recovery is needed, we secure the vehicle and take it where you tell us.
Signed condition report. Insurer-billed direct, fleet account, or card payment on the spot — your choice.
Coverage area
Crews staged in every major UK conurbation so we never start cold. Inside our rapid-response zones we're typically with you in under 45 minutes. Anywhere else, we'll give you an honest ETA before we leave.
The fleet
60+ vehicles across eight UK hubs, three core configurations — so the closest correctly-sized crew is dispatched to your job. Not the only one available.

Commercial vehicles, large vans, motorhomes, accident lift.
Damaged vehicles, EVs, classics, prestige cars.
Battery, fuel, tyres, lockouts, minor mechanical.
What people say
“Broken down on the M6 with the kids in the back at 11pm. NVR had a truck with us inside 40 minutes and dropped us right outside our house. Calm, professional, no fuss.”
“We run 120 vans across the Midlands. NVR are our first call — fast, transparent billing, and the GPS ETAs mean we can keep our customers in the loop. Genuinely the best.”
“Brought my classic Jag up from Bristol to a London auction in enclosed transport. Treated it like their own — wrapped, strapped, signed condition report at both ends. Faultless.”
“Two-car RTC on the M25 in awful weather. The NVR crew managed the scene, our crash-damaged vehicle and the customer with absolute composure. Highways grade work.”

Yes. We hold direct-billing arrangements with all major UK motor insurers, including LV, Admiral, Aviva and Direct Line, and operate on the police and National Highways frameworks. Just tell us your insurer on the call and we'll handle the paperwork.
Absolutely. All our drivers are trained for EV recovery procedures, including isolation checks and the use of flat-bed transport. We handle Teslas, EVs with seized brakes after long storage, and high-voltage incidents with the correct equipment and PPE.
We specialise in light commercial and recovery up to 7.5 tonnes. For heavy commercial work we partner with vetted heavy-recovery operators in every region and project-manage it from a single phone call — you still call one number, we sort the rest.
Stay safe. Get out of your vehicle on the passenger side and behind the barrier. Call 999 if you cannot get to safety — then call us. We dispatch motorway-trained crews with the correct equipment and liaise with National Highways on your behalf.
Yes — fleet and dealer accounts are a major part of what we do. Dedicated account contact, monthly consolidated invoicing, GPS-tracked ETAs to your team, and priority dispatch for contracted vehicles. Get in touch to discuss.
All of the UK mainland. We operate from regional hubs in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow and Newcastle, with subcontracted partners filling the gaps. For planned vehicle transport (auctions, dealer movements, classics) we run dedicated routes UK-wide.
